• Free shipping applies only when your order meets the active threshold (ex: $125+).
   
• Once an order is shipped, carrier delays, lost packages, or transit damage must be filed directly with USPS/UPS/FedEx.
   
• JLynn Designs is not responsible for incorrect addresses submitted by the customer.
   
• Local delivery is offered in select areas and must be scheduled after checkout.
